Rooted in faith and driven by a deep love for people and community, Arthur Thompson is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience as an educator and entrepreneur. For the last 10 years he has served the Maryland public school system as a Crisis Teacher — mentoring and training educators in general education and autism classrooms on classroom management, check-in and check-out, and developing SEL lessons tailored to student needs.
Arthur is also a restorative practitioner and life coach in Maryland, dedicated to healing, restorative practices, and authentic relationships. He is currently building his educational consulting business, specializing in restorative practices, and developing a curriculum for parent training.
Inspired by his ministry of sharing hope, Arthur integrates his core values — faith, quality, professionalism, and service — into every endeavor. A devoted husband and father of three, he rises early each day to inspire change in his community. His mission is to create spaces where individuals and families can thrive through care, authenticity, and possibility.
